When will I get my refund?

Once your return reaches us and has been checked, we refund to your original payment method within 5 to 7 working days. This includes sale items and the right share of any bundle price.
Refunds are for the amount you paid, not the full price.
If returning an item takes your order below an offer's minimum spend, the refund is adjusted.
Free gifts need to come back unused with the qualifying item, or their full price is deducted.
Items returned used, damaged or incomplete may have a deduction, see "What condition do returns need to be in?".
