Returning an item delivered direct from the brand

If your item came straight from one of our suppliers, please contact us and we'll arrange a collection with the supplier's courier. Items must be unused with all original packaging, built furniture can't be returned, and we'll need photos of the product and packaging first.

Collection charges depend on the supplier (returns within 30 days):

Tutti Bambini: under £99 £10; £100 to £249 £25; £250 to £349 £40; £350 to £599 £50; £600+ £80
Obaby: £10 per box; £30 for nursing chairs
Gaia Baby: 1 carton £75; 2 cartons £95; 3+ cartons £105; smaller items (mattress, guard panels) £25
The Little Green Sheep / Snuz: free
