What can't be returned?

For health, hygiene and safety reasons, we can't accept these once opened or unsealed:

Breast pumps
Baby sleep monitors
Skincare and toiletries
Mattresses
Hygiene products
Dummies and pacifiers

Furniture must come back unassembled and unused. Once built, it can't be returned.
Audio products (such as Tonies figures) must be unopened with seals intact. You can preview clips on each product page.
