Returning an Outlet or Preloved item

Outlet: our Outlet has new items with damaged packaging or small imperfections. You can return Outlet items within 30 days, in the same condition you received them, with the original packaging, using our returns portal. Sealed hygiene items (such as skincare, mattresses and breast pumps) can't be returned once opened. Please report anything missing or incorrect within 7 days.

Preloved: Preloved items are sold by individual sellers, so returns are only accepted if the item arrives damaged or is significantly not as described. Raise it within 2 days of delivery by messaging the seller on the Preloved platform or emailing the Preloved team at hello@continue.com. If it simply isn't right for you, you can resell it through your digital wardrobe.
