How do I return something?

You have 60 days to return UK orders (30 days for international orders). Items should be new, unused and in their original packaging. Start your return in our returns portal, choose how you'd like to send it, and you'll get a label or QR code straight away.

• InPost locker, £3.50: no printing, open 24/7. Max parcel 41 x 38 x 64cm.

• Royal Mail, £3.50: drop off at any Post Office. Up to 61 x 46 x 46cm and 5kg.

• DPD Pickup Shop, £3.50: combined sides up to 120cm, up to 20kg.

• DPD Collect, £15: for larger items, collected from your UK address 9am to 5pm the next working day.

• Choose store credit instead of a refund and your return fee is waived.

• Added Checkout+ to your order? Your UK return label is free.

• Sending more than one box? Create a separate return for each box, or ask us to arrange a collection.

• Bought in our Bagshot store? You can return it there. Online orders must go through the portal.

• Faulty, damaged, missing or wrong items go through our Warranty Portal instead.
