How do discounts and free gifts affect my refund?

Refunds are based on what you paid, not the item's full price.
Bundles are refunded in proportion to the bundle discount.
If a return takes your order below an offer threshold, the refund changes. Example: a £130 order with "£10 off over £100". Return a £40 item and the order drops below £100, so the refund is £30, not £40.
Free gifts must come back unused if you return the full order or the qualifying item. If not, the gift's full price is deducted.
