Returning something bought in our store

Bought it in our Bagshot store? You can bring it back to the store and the team will help. It will go through the same checks as any return. Items bought online can't be returned in store, so please use our returns portal. Faulty items can't be accepted at the store and must go through our Warranty Portal.
