What condition do returns need to be in?

We know you'll need to open and inspect your items at home. To get a full refund, please return them in their original packaging, in new, resalable condition, with no more wear than a brief try at home.
If an item can't be sold as new, we'll assess it fairly and it may go into our Outlet. A proportionate deduction may be made to reflect its resale value:
Very good (very minor marks, fully working): up to 15%
Good (visible cosmetic wear, fully working): up to 20%
Items with excessive wear, damage or incomplete packaging may be sent back to you.
