Do you deliver outside the UK?

Yes, we deliver to Europe and the rest of the world. Duties and taxes are included in the product price, and shipping is calculated and paid at checkout, so your parcel arrives customs-cleared with nothing extra to pay on the doorstep.
International orders can be returned within 30 days. You arrange and pay for return postage unless the item is faulty or incorrect.
Customers in the EU also have a 14-day right of withdrawal, see "Returns from outside the UK".
Some manufacturer warranties are only valid in the UK. If you have a problem, contact us first and we'll guide you.
