Items delivered direct from the brand

Some products, often larger furniture, are sent straight from the brand rather than from our warehouse. These show Delivered direct (for example "Dispatched direct | 10-14 days") on the product page.
The supplier will contact you directly to arrange a convenient delivery time.
The expected delivery date is shown on the product page and at checkout.
Our standard delivery terms don't apply to these items.
