How do I change or cancel my order?

For the first 30 minutes after you order, you can make changes yourself using the edit option in your order confirmation. You can:
Update your delivery address
Add items
Remove items
Make other eligible changes
After 30 minutes, our warehouse team may already be preparing your order. Contact us as soon as you can on live chat, WhatsApp or 01276 408494 and we'll do our best, but we can't guarantee changes once your order is being packed. Once it has been dispatched it can't be changed, but you can return it under our returns policy.
